When you flip the top bill up it features "GO BEARS." When not in use, you simply snap both bills shut along the hat's main structure. One of my favorite hats.
Awesome design, and one of a kind, you are destined to be the talk of your dorm, apartment, and classroom. A normal hat form to block the sun, cover your head, and looks cool, but when it flips up you are the most spirited and ready to party person around. It's only competion is the dry erase hat.
